How do I place an order?

-- We prioritize the use of environmentally friendly materials, with over 60% cotton content in our products. Depending on the style, some items even have 100% cotton content. How do I choose the right size?

How can I find out the shipping costs?

Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?

-- We have warehouses in multiple countries and regions, and we will ship your order from the nearest warehouse based on your shipping address. Once your order is completed, we need 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. Our standard delivery time is 7-12 business days (Urgent Shipping: 6-9 business days).

If I ordered the wrong item, how can I remove it from my shopping cart?

-- If your order has not yet been successfully paid, you can remove the item from your shopping cart immediately.

If your order has already been paid for but has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

How can I cancel or change my order?

-- Canceling an order: Please contact us immediately. Make sure to include your order number and a message stating that you wish to cancel the order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it for you. However, if the order has already been processed, we can no longer cancel it. In that case, you can contact us for a return once you have received the item.

Changing an order: If you discover a typo in the shipping address or if other changes are needed, please contact us immediately after receiving your order confirmation. We will do our best to make the changes for you, but we cannot make any guarantees. Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to make any further changes.

Please note that orders can be processed within 6 hours, so please inform us as soon as possible.

I completed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

-- After placing an order, a confirmation email is automatically sent to confirm that we have received your order. If you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Please check your spam folder as confirmation emails may end up there, especially for Hotmail, MSN, AOL and some Yahoo users.
  2. Please check your email address to make sure you entered it correctly during checkout.
  3. Please check your bank statement to confirm the transaction.

Do you offer discount codes or coupons?

-- Absolutely! You can find some discount codes at the top of our website homepage, which can be applied during checkout when making a purchase of all items. Please note that a discount code can only be used once.

I forgot to use my discount code, what should I do? How do I use a discount code?

-- Unfortunately, discount codes are not automatically applied and must be entered during the checkout process. Once your order is complete, the discount code can no longer be applied. We want you to enjoy these savings, so don't forget to apply your code before completing your purchase. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined, and only one coupon can be used per order.

How do you use a discount code?

  1. On the right side (middle for mobile devices) of the checkout screen, look for “Discount Code.”
  2. Enter your code.
  3. Click or tap Apply. If you added a new address, credit card, or email address, the page may reload. If this happens, re-enter the details.
  4. Complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

You can also email our customer service team at support@ urutabi.com  with your order number or other order information (such as recipient's name and shipping address) for assistance. Although we may not be able to provide tracking for some orders, our company guarantees 100% delivery to all destinations, so you don't have to worry. Any lost items will be shipped to you free of charge.

Why doesn't my tracking number exist?

-- First, please carefully check that your tracking number is correct.

Second, make sure it is your tracking number and not your order number! The tracking number will be provided in the shipping email once your order has been shipped. You can also find the tracking number for your order on the "My Orders" page of our website.

I ordered multiple items, but only part of my order has arrived. Why?

-- For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages without additional shipping costs. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Therefore, if you do not receive all your items at once, do not worry, they are probably still on their way.

If all packages have been delivered and there are still items missing, please contact our customer service through the "CONTACT US" page and submit a request. Our support team will respond within 24 hours and help you.

How can I return or exchange an item?

-- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item, because we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If the item (size) is not suitable for you, don't worry, we offer free exchanges. Just contact our customer service through the website. My package is shown as delivered, but I haven't actually received it?

-- We will ensure delivery of the items to the address you provide. We are not responsible for items that are moved/stolen after delivery (e.g. left in the mailbox).

What should I do if I receive an incorrect/damaged/defective item?

For products with quality related issues, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer a refund or replacement.

How should I wash my clothes?

-- 1. Most of our garments can be machine washed on a gentle cold cycle, and we find they wash better if turned inside out.

  1. We recommend using a small amount of high-quality detergent for delicate items.
  2. Hand washing is suggested for knitwear and delicate items (such as lace, tassels, wool, silk and deep colored items). You can squeeze them gently in warm or cold water, and hang them inside out to dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
  3. Silk products are recommended to be washed separately, as their color fastness is lower than other fabrics.
  4. Avoid washing or bleaching leather products, and opt for dry cleaning instead.

Regarding the product:

-- Color Deviation Disclaimer: Due to variations in the display of product materials on different device screens, there may be some color variations. We strive to minimize these differences, but please note that this issue does not relate to product quality.

-- Size deviation: Because our products are measured manually, there may be a deviation of about 1-3cm in the actual size. Different products may have different size charts, so please refer to the size chart on the product page before purchasing to select the most suitable size.

Are there any additional charges or taxes?

We do our best to minimize your cost, and you don't have to pay any additional fees such as import duties, customs duties or VAT. If your package is subject to additional charges, you can contact our customer service and provide evidence of the charges incurred. Our support team will respond within 24 hours and help you.
